We guarantee that if you do not believe that your RIVA product is best in class, simply return the entire product in its original condition, including accessories and packaging, along with the original purchase receipt within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. This means there is ZERO risk to you to experience revolutionary audio! This guarantee only applies to US product purchases made directly from RIVA Audio. If the product is purchased from other authorized RIVA retailers, then their return policies will apply.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If purchased from an authorized RIVA dealer:
For RIVA product purchased at an authorized RIVA dealer, please return your product where the purchase was made.
If purchased from rivaaudio.com:
1. Contact RIVA Customer Support, you will receive a response within one business day.
2. If you have not registered the product, make sure to include the following information in your email:
- Product serial number
- Proof of original purchase date
- Product make and model
- Name of authorized RIVA dealer where the unit was purchased. Return the RIVA product in its original packaging with all contents included.
3. RIVA will not accept the product:
- without all of the original items included with the product.
- if it is missing the UPC.
Once we verify the returned item, RIVA will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.The following information governs returns of products purchased directly from RIVA on www.rivaaudio.com:
4. If your return is verified for processing, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased minus the shipping fees. Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
