Riva Arena and Festival Firmware Update

We want to inform you of an important update regarding firmware support for your RIVA Arena and Festival devices. Effective immediately, online firmware updates will no longer be supported. The process is both technical and complex and as a result has led to more support that can be handled via online support.
If you require a firmware update for your device, that was purchased prior to 2024, we now offer a free repair service. This will involve shipping your device to our office, where our technicians will handle the update and ensure your product is functioning optimally. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs. If the device is no longer working, we will replace with the same device.
If you have purchased a device in the past and would prefer a $25 discount to a new device, you can choose so in the dropdown and will send you a special discount.
