How do I setup my Riva?

Is there a Riva app?

Yes! You can download the “Riva Voice App” from both the App Store and Google Play store.

The LED light is pulsing in a Red, Blue and Green pattern. What does this mean?

If you see the light ring pulsing a RED, GREEN, BLUE pattern, your RIVA Voice Series speaker is performing an over-the-air update. DO NOT interrupt this process.

Like all Wi-Fi products, we recommend you have a strong Wi-Fi signal for the best performance.

How do I perform a Factory Reset?

Press and hold both the ‘Mute’ and ‘Back’ buttons at once for three (3) seconds until the LED ring flashes BLUE, then let go. After a few seconds, the BLUE light will come back on. It will pulse as the speaker reboots. After a few seconds, the BLUE light turns to a WHITE light. When it starts pulsing, it is now ready to be added to your Wi-Fi network.

Do you have batteries for the Riva Turbo or Turbo X?

Unfortunately, these batteries are proprietary design and custom-made by the previous company and manufacturer. That being said, we are not able to replace with an “off the shelf” battery pack.

How do I return a Riva?

Didn’t love what you ordered? Our store is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. 

To make a return, please email marketing@rivaaudio.com with your order number. We will notify you of the address to send your return too, but you will have to pay for your own return label. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Please Note: if you purchased a Riva Product during a sale or with a discount code, that will be determined as a FINAL sale. There will be no returns allowed at that point. Additionally, if you are purchasing a Riva outside the United States, we will not be able to accept courtesy returns.
